subscriptions

The SEI Times offers paid digital subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on the schedule you select (monthly or annually) through Wix Payments. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Refunds: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@39northmarketing.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.

Changes to Pricing: If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

COntent you submit

We welcome letters to the editor, photographs, story leads, and comments from our readers. When you submit content to us, here's how it works:

You keep ownership. Submitting content to SEI Times does not transfer your copyright. You own what you create.

You give us permission to use it. By submitting content, you grant SEI Times LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, edit, and distribute your submission on this site, in our newsletter, and in any print edition of The SEI Times. We may also use your submission in promotional materials.

You're responsible for what you submit. By submitting content, you represent that:

You created it or have the right to share it
It does not infringe on anyone else's copyright, privacy, or other rights
It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
It does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or obscene
